Step Up Dance Academy, Ellenbrook

2010 Concert Information:

Stage Rehearsal - Sat 13/11/2010

This is a daytime rehearsal at the Octagon Theatre UWA. We will be there between 10am & 4pm. Students are not required for the full day, they will be given times for each grade in Term 4 for this. Some children will be there for a few hours, so make sure they have a drink & a snack with them. Students wear normal dance clothes for this rehearsal, make sure you bring correct shoes.

Full Dress Rehearsal - Mon 15/11/2010

This is an evening rehearsal at the Octagon Theatre UWA. This will start at 6.30pm sharp, students need to be there by no later than 6pm with hair & make-up done & in their first costume. We will run this as per the program for the concert. A draft of this will be on the notice board at Step Up Dance Academy in Term 4.

Mums Only can go into the theatre to watch their children if they cannot get to watch a concert night. You cannot move around the theatre while students are performing & you must make sure you have your children dressed for their next dance if they are in more than one item. If any child is late lining up for their dance then all mums will be asked to leave the theatre & go back to the dressing rooms. Our toddler class (Cabbage Patch Kids) can go home after they have finished their dance.

Concert Night's - Wed 17/11/2010 & Sat 20/11/2010

Concert will start at 7pm sharp, students need to be in there by no later than 6.30pm with hair & make-up done & in their first costume. Only the person dressing is allowed in the dressing room with the students. Children are not to be outside with their costumes on. If they wish to see the guests that have come to watch the concert, they need to have the costume covered up (dressing gown or dress on top). No students are allowed in the foyer.

Tickets

We will have more information on this in Term 4.

There will be no limit on tickets this year due to having the two concerts.

Cost Adults - $30

Children/ Pensioners - $25

It will once again be a first in best dressed for tickets. Students will be given a ticket order form for Term 4.
