Return / Exchange Policy

No return / exchange for any item that has been misused or mistreated.

No refunds on any item unless deemed to be faulty. Wearing dance shoes etc not for their intended purpose will void any claim.

Ballet & Jazz shoes must not be worn outside etc & only in the environment they are designed for. If this is not adhered to this voids any claim to a exchange/refund.

Items can be exchanged where they are still in original condition & packaging, with tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

Sizes may be exchanged as long as all other terms are met. If item has been posted customer must pay for return & re postage costs. New item will not be sent until other has been received.

No responsibility is taken for incorrect sizing/ measuring size chart is guide only.

Please contact as soon as possible if a problem arises with any item.
